Is sample production done?

We do not produce samples. If you wish, you can order small quantities from our website and see our product and printing quality.

Where can we find product prices?

If you click on the offer button under the products and provide your size and printing information, a price offer will be made and sent to you.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product group. Our sales representatives will send you the relevant information according to the product group you are inquiring about.

What is your deadline?

Although it varies depending on the product groups, it is generally between 2 and 4 weeks.

How long is the shipping time?
Your products will be sent to you immediately after the delivery period ends.

Do you design the products?

Yes, we prepare the files to be printed with the support of our experienced designers by collecting your logo or the text you want to be added to the print, as well as your contact information.

Who is responsible for the shipping cost?

The shipping cost of customized products made by us belongs to the customers. Our customers make the payment based on the pricing of our contracted cargoes. We provide the delivery of hangers for Ankara and printing groups for Istanbul free of charge.

Will the products we want to have printed come out in the color we want?

We ask you to choose your colors from Pantone codes for the desired prints and we use the tones you choose.

Do you charge for cliches and molds?

Although not for every product, we charge a fee for clichés and molds for some product groups.

What are your payment options?

We have payment methods such as deferred payment, cash, POS, EFT/Money Transfer.

Do you also produce and export abroad?

Yes, we do.

Who covers shipping and customs costs for overseas shipments?

Our customers cover the transportation and overseas customs clearance-tax payments of products subject to export. Domestic customs clearance is covered by us.
